weekly snapshots

Jeanine Amsel from Club Electron facilitated a workshop with the girls that delve into Electrical circuits. We studied the flow of energy and the components of electrical circuits. The girls also learnt how dangerous short circuits could be and how we could prevent building short circuits in future.

Moments from the Grade 4 Drama Class this week where they devised their own sequels to the story we had had done.

Before and after pictures of our three Grade 7s, Courtney Viljoen, Jamie Henchie and Amber Smith, who completed their Trinity Theory exam last Saturday at Wynberg Boys’ High School. Well done, girls!

Well done to our junior musicians for their beautiful solos in assembly: Zara Mullaji (piano) and Olivia Dunsby (piano and cello).
Thank you to Jamie Henchie for her beautiful solo piano performance in senior assembly.

Thank you to Priya and Eila Williams for sharing a story about Diwali with the Grade 0s. The girls have been talking about how shining their lights by being kind, friendly and caring can make a big difference in the world.

Micklefield wishes our Hindu families a blessed and Happy Diwali!
